 Prototyping Printed Circuit Boards

Cenon is mainly used for producing prototypes of printed circuit boards quickly and easily and without chemicals that are dangerous for the environment. But on top of that you can also use it for milling and engraving front panels, labels and all kinds of signs.

Text and Logos

Inscriptions do not have to be isolated - in opposition to the electrical elements. With Cenon it is possible to give them out directly so that even small fonts and logos remain well legible.
Due to the PostScript import filters you can import files from DTP software like CorelDraw.

Rub Out

The Rub Out algorithm is used to free certain areas of the PCB or the whole PCB from all copper rests. This is e.g. important for HF applications, or to avoid shortcuts at critical connectors.
You can process any area of your PCB with this algorithm.

Blow Up

This function makes it easier for you to solder your PCB. The isolation channels are made broader than usual which can be done now quickly with bigger milling cutters.
Cenon ensures that the isolation channels are just blown up where it makes sense.

Special Tools

We offer special precision tools for engraving isolation channels and the Blow Up areas which have been developed together with a leading German tool manufacturer especially for prototyping. They ensure extremely fine and burr free isolation channels and a high endurance.
